The www.tsiamita.gr can replace a product that is received defective by the manufacturer. The return can be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date of the product (as evidenced by the document Consignment of universal postal or any carrier used). You will arrange the cost of returning the product to our office. When we will receive it and it is really defective, we will send you and pay back to you the returning cost and delivery of the new one product. If you do not agree to replace the product, the tsiamita.gr e- store can make a total refund. The customer has the responsibility of sending the product back in our offices because as a recipient www.tsiamita.gr can not search your package at any post office / shipping company.
If there is a wrong purchase delivery the e-shop www.tsiamita.gr will try to solve the problem and fulfill the customers need. If the customer immediately contacts us we will able to reach asap in order to replace the product or refund the amount of money. The refund amount of money will be by 15.00 euro less due to expenses costs of the delivery.
The shipping for the change costs 15.00 euro which must be prepaid by bank transfer or PAYPAL.
To accept a product return must meet the following requirements:
The original packaging must not be damaged
Be in perfect original situation.
Return with the sent proof or with the invoice
To be delivered exactly the same without missing any elements of the inside and outside of the product
Before any return it is obligatory to contact us (via e-mail, fax or phone) in order to accept the return you want to do. In any case, our shop reserves the right to refuse to accept the return. In our www.tsiamita.gr reserves the right to change prices at will and without prior notice
